Building community Through Service in Aurora

Team members from Essentia Health-Northern Pines Medical Center in Aurora spent the day volunteering at a local Habitat for Humanity project. Their work will help make a lasting difference for a local family and the community.

Community Partnership Launches New Emergency Department in Virginia

Essentia Health staff, community partners, and local leaders recently broke ground on a new emergency department at Essentia Health–Virginia. This $13 million project will nearly double the current space and add exam rooms, a dedicated behavioral health area, and updated technology to improve access, safety, and timely care for patients across the Iron Range.

 

 

 

Supporting Safe, Healthy Kids in our Communities

We recently had the opportunity to connect with families and share helpful resources at two community events: the Spring Health Fair in Deerwood and a food shelf pickup at the Family Life Center in Pine River. A highlight of both events was giving bike helmets to kids, a meaningful way to promote safety and encourage active, healthy fun.

 

 

 

Supporting Movement and Mental Health in the Brainerd Lakes Area

We’re always glad to be part of events that inspire movement, connection, and a stronger community while making a positive difference in people’s lives.

This year’s 5K for Mental Health saw its highest participation yet, with more than 300 runners taking part. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to share information about
