Katherine Donaldson, MD

Dr. Katherine Donaldson, MD has been practicing as a Family Medicine/OB physician at Essentia Health since 2022. Dr. Donaldson graduated Summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. She received her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She then went on to complete a four-year residency program in Family Medicine/Obstetrics at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, CA.

Dr. Donaldson cares for patients of all ages in the outpatient setting. She has a special interest in women’s and children’s health, and she enjoys providing prenatal care for pregnant patients and performing various women’s health procedures. She also cares for patients in the inpatient setting, delivering babies, practicing surgical obstetrics, and caring for inpatient pediatric patients.

Dr. Donaldson is an active member of Essentia’s EMG Women’s Health group. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
