Megan Thiel joins Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center to practice hospitalist medicine

Megan Thiel, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner, is excited to begin practicing hospitalist medicine at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center.

“I was looking for a community-focused health system that values teamwork, quality care and creating a hospitable environment for patients and employees,” said Thiel. “Essentia stood out to me for those reasons, and I’m excited to be part of a team that shares my passion for patient-centered care.”

Thiel received her education from North Dakota State University in Fargo. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  

“I approach every patient and family with the same care and compassion I’d want for my own loved ones,” said Thiel. “It’s not just about medicine; it’s about connection, trust, empathy and understanding.”
