Hospitalist Dr. Dennis Mensah joins Essentia Health-Fargo

Essentia Health-Fargo is proud to welcome hospitalist Dr. Dennis Mensah.

"I was drawn to Essentia Health because of its strong commitment to patient-centered care and its strong connection with the community," said Dr. Mensah. "As a physician, I'm motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while building long-term relationships with them, their families and communities."

Dr. Mensah received his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School in Accra, Ghana. He completed a residency in internal medicine at New York Medical College St. Mary's General Hospital and St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville, New Jersey, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

"I chose internal medicine because it affords the opportunity to provide holistic patient care," explained Dr. Mensah. "This specialty serves as the focal point where all other specialties intersect, giving me the opportunity to coordinate and provide comprehensive patient care with meaningful impact."
