Facility Overview

Find primary and specialty care near you at the Essentia Health-Park Rapids Clinic. Our clinic, built in 2007, gives you access to more care options. If you need to see us today, our primary care team often has same-day appointments available. If you don’t have an appointment, take advantage of our walk-in clinic where you can get care for minor illnesses and injuries.

With small-town hospitality and a wide range of services, patients from as far as 50 miles away come see us. We're connected to CHI St. Joseph’s Health, which is not an Essentia facility.

Primary Care for All Ages

Everyone needs a primary care provider. Partner with a provider who can help you stay healthy throughout your life.

Our family medicine team provides primary care services to your whole family. Our internal medicine team only sees adults. Our pediatricians only see kids. We also have family medicine providers who see expectant mothers for OB checkups throughout pregnancy. Make an appointment for your next physical or to discuss new or ongoing health concerns.
