Steven Gange, MD

Dr. Steven Gange, MD, is a urologist who treats adults with urinary and men’s health concerns and has been caring for patients since the late 1990’s. His areas of focus include benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary symptoms, and other common urologic conditions. He has special interest in men’s health and minimally invasive treatment options.

Dr. Gange has extensive experience treating BPH. He has published more than 20 medical papers and given many presentations on this topic. He also spent two years teaching other physicians around the world how to perform the UroLift procedure, a minimally invasive treatment for enlarged prostate.

In clinic, Dr. Gange understands that many urologic concerns can feel personal or sensitive. He takes time to explain the condition and review treatment options in clear, simple terms. He works with each patient to choose a plan that fits their needs and goals.

Dr. Gange is excited to practice at Essentia Health-Fargo in a state-of-the-art urology program. He values being part of a team where physicians learn from one another and continue to grow in their skills.

Outside of work, Dr. Gange enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, April, who is a musician.
