Stephanie Harnack, APRN,CNP

Stephanie Harnack, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner in internal medicine with a special interest in adult and older adult care. She works with patients in rural and underserved communities and has a strong focus on helping adults take an active role in their health. Stephanie also has experience in mental health care, and she values working with patients who may need support for both physical and emotional concerns.

Stephanie aims to give clear education and practical options. She often talks with patients about prevention and healthy habits, including holistic steps that may help address concerns before medicine is needed. She wants patients to feel comfortable bringing up any health issue without shame or embarrassment. Her goal is to work with each person in a way that feels respectful, direct, and easy to understand.

Born and raised in central rural Minnesota, Stephanie has spent much of her career serving underserved rural patients. She began her career as a CNA in long-term care, which helped shape her interest in caring for older adults. She earned her nursing degrees and later completed advanced training as both an adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her husband, blended family, and many pets, along with motorcycles, gardening, and being outdoors.
