Jamie Hammer, MD

Dr. Jamie Hammer is a family medicine doctor who earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota–Duluth and completed her family medicine residency in Duluth, Minnesota.

She is dedicated to caring for the whole person and uses treatments that are based on the best available medical evidence. Dr. Hammer emphasizes healthy lifestyle changes whenever possible and partners with her patients to set realistic, achievable health goals.

She has a special interest in caring for individuals and families of all ages—from newborns to older adults—reducing the need for medications when appropriate, and supporting patients with substance use disorders.

Outside of work, Dr. Hammer enjoys spending time outdoors with her children, especially working together in the garden.
