Megan Liebaert, PT

Megan Liebaert, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist at Essentia Health, where she has been serving patients since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with minors in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Minnesota Duluth, graduating with honors. Megan went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, further solidifying her expertise in the field. 

Specializing in outpatient orthopedics, Megan provides care for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, pain disorders, and post-surgical recovery. Her clinical focus includes treatment of the shoulder, back, hip, knee, and ankle. She has a particular interest in aquatic physical therapy and earned her Certificate in Aquatic Physical Therapy Clinical Competency in 2015. Additionally, Megan expanded her skills by completing training in Dry Needling through the Integrative Dry Needling Institute in 2025. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Megan is a devoted wife and mother. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their golden retriever. Active in her community, Megan volunteers with her children’s school and extracurricular activities, demonstrating her commitment to both her family and her local community.
