Carly Schultz, PA⁠–⁠C

Carly Schultz, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine who cares for patients of all ages and has a special interest in endocrinology and diabetes care.

She enjoys helping people manage diabetes and other long-term health needs. She also values the broad scope of family medicine, which allows her to care for patients through many stages of life.

Carly sees medicine as a partnership. She listens first and works with patients to build care plans that fit their daily lives, values, and goals. She also considers the social and family factors that can affect health. Her goal is to support patients with care that is practical and personal.

Carly earned her education at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

She chose to practice at Essentia Health because of its focus on patient-centered care and community health. She is especially drawn to serving both rural and urban communities. She looks forward to serving the small community she calls home.
