Bernie Behm, PharmD, BCPS

Bernie Behm received her Doctor of Pharmacy (2004) from North Dakota State University. After graduation, she completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. She worked as an inpatient pharmacist at CHI-St.Alexius in Bismarck for 5 years before moving to Fargo in 2010. She began working at Essentia Health-Fargo in 2011 as a clinical pharmacist.

Her primary practice is intensive care and general medicine. She serves as preceptor for the residents in orientation and critical care.

Jenni Caitlin, PharmD, BCPS

Jenni Catlin received her Doctor of Pharmacy (2011) from Creighton University. After graduation, she completed her PGY-1 acute care and PGY-2 critical care residency at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center, Sioux Falls South Dakota. Upon residency completion she has worked at multiple large medical centers throughout the Midwest and at Essentia Health full time since 2020.

Her primary practice is critical care and antimicrobial stewardship. She serves as preceptor for the residents in critical care and nutrition.

Tristan Houle, PharmD

Tristan is from Walcott, ND. He attended North Dakota State University, where he completed his bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, earning his Pharm D in 2024. During his time in pharmacy school, he worked part time at Southpointe Pharmacy in Fargo. His pharmacy interests include Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Infectious disease. Outside of pharmacy, Tristan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog, playing sports, traveling, hiking, playing games, and spending time with his family and friends.

Conner Armstrong, PharmD

Email Conner Armstrong

Conner is from Otsego, MN.  He attended North Dakota State University, where he completed his bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with minors in Chemistry & Microbiology, earning his PharmD in 2024.  During his time in pharmacy, he worked part time as an intern at Thrifty Drug & later at Vibra Hospital, was involved in research with the ND PSEP project, and was involved in several student organizations including Pediatric Pharmacy Association (PPA) & Phi Lambda Sigma (PLS).  His primary areas of professional interest include pediatrics & infectious disease.  Outside of pharmacy, Conner enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats, cooking, backpacking/camping, reading, sports, video games, 3D-printing, & language learning.
