Carlton County PHHS

The purpose of the evaluation of the Carlton County Opioid Remediation Project is to support Carlton County as it plans, implements, and evaluates opioid settlement funds through planning an evaluation, collecting information, and summarizing it for use in strategic planning, program implementation, and reporting outcomes. The evaluation project objectives are to work collaboratively with Carlton County staff and other stakeholders to refine the evaluation plan, complete data collection, and disseminate results; collect and summarize project data; summarize and disseminate already existing local, statewide, and national data; and use data to report process on and attainment of project outcomes.
