Amberwing Substance Use Education and Brief Intervention Program

Objective

The purpose of the Amberwing Substance Use Education and Brief Intervention Program is to reduce substance use among youth ages 13 to 18 who participate in the Amberwing Middle and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. The evaluation of this program will describe characteristics of youth who are former patients at Amberwing to understand their demographics, diagnoses, their Amberwing experience, and health status; describe patients’ experience in the Amberwing SUD program between February 1, 2022, through January 31, 2023, and their outcomes after participation in the program; and describe the implementation of the Amberwing SUD project.
