Improved Diagnosis of Familial Hypercholesterolemia Across the Northland (ID-FH) Survey and Registry

Objective

The overall goal of this Registry is to promote awareness of Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) and enroll patients with suspected FH in a registry to track therapy, clinical outcomes, and patient-reported outcomes over time. This will promote optimal disease management and improve outcomes of FH patients.
