This class is designed to spend more time on comfort strategies for labor. It goes over techniques for a natural birth. This class should be taken following a Childbirth Preparation class.
This class will cover:
- Aromatherapy
- Water therapy (hydrotherapy)
- Guided imagery
- Progressive relaxation
- Breathing techniques
- Massage
- Use of the birthing ball
- Other labor positions
