This one-evening refresher class is designed for parents who have taken Childbirth Education Classes before and have had at least one child. It is ideal to take this class when you are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant.
This clas will cover:
- Hospital admission and routines.
- Review of labor and delivery process.
- Positions and relaxation techniques that are helpful during labor.
- Postpartum care – life after baby
- Tips for and the role of your support person
