Childbirth Preparation - Brainerd, MN

A series of 2 evening classes, Childbirth Preparation is based upon Lamaze Childbirth Education principles. It is designed to help prepare you for the delivery of your baby. It is ideal to take this class when you are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant.
