Childbirth Prep Basics will help you prepare for the birth of your baby.
This class will cover:
- Signs and stages of labor
- Hospital admission and routines
- Pain relief choices
- Vaginal and cesarean births
- Comfort strategies for during labor
- Welcoming your newborn – characteristics and care
- Postpartum care – life after baby
- Tips for and the role of your support person

Childbirth Preparation Basics is designed to help you and your partner prepare for the birth of your baby.
Topics include:

- Hospital admission & routines – medication options
- Vaginal and cesarean birth
- Comfort strategies for labor-management
- Welcoming your newborn – characteristics and care
- Postpartum care – life after baby
