Childbirth Preparation Basics is designed to help you and your partner prepare for the birth of your baby. 

Topics include:

• Signs and stages of labor
• Hospital admission & routines – medication options
• Vaginal and cesarean birth
• Comfort strategies for labor-management
• Welcoming your newborn – characteristics and care
• Postpartum care – life after baby
