Childbirth Prep Basics will help you prepare for the birth of your baby.
This class will cover:
- Signs and stages of labor
- Hospital admission and routines
- Pain relief choices
- Vaginal and cesarean births
- Comfort strategies for during labor
- Welcoming your newborn – characteristics and care
- Postpartum care – life after baby
- Tips for and the role of your support person
This is the registration for the virtual class. If you'd like to register for the in-person class, please navigate back to the Classes & Events page, and choose the Duluth in-person option.
