A series of 2 evening classes, Childbirth Preparation is based upon Lamaze Childbirth Education principles. It is designed to help prepare you for the delivery of your baby. It is ideal to take this class when you are between 28 and 32 weeks pregnant.

Hospital admission and routines
Pain relief choices
Vaginal and cesarean births
Comfort strategies for labor
Welcoming your newborn – characteristics and care

A fast paced class filled with information on labor/delivery, newborn care, and breastfeeding! This class is your one and done for all of the basics for beginning this new chapter in your life!
