Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center welcomes Cooper Jackson to practice emergency medicine

Cooper Jackson, a certified physician assistant practicing emergency medicine, is thrilled to join Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center. 

“I chose to join Essentia because it is an extremely well-respected institution that provides very high-quality care in the Northland and beyond,” said Jackson.

Jackson received his education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. 

“I fell in love with emergency medicine right from the start,” said Jackson. “The high-speed, critical nature fits well with my personality, and I love the team environment. I enjoy providing care to the underserved and rural populations. Working in the ER, we are often the only access to health care that people have, and it is a huge privilege to provide compassionate, high-level care.”
