Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center welcomes emergency medicine specialist Yiming Liu

Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center is proud to welcome Yiming Liu, a certified physician assistant specializing in emergency medicine.

“As a recent graduate, I was really impressed with Essentia’s transition to practice program,” said Liu. “The first job as a new provider is always stressful and knowing that they have something in place to help with that transition shows they care about their employees.”

Liu received his education from the College of St. Scholastica and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I have experience working as a medical scribe in the emergency department,” said Liu. “I’m excited about my new role and look forward to caring for patients in the region.”
