Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center welcomes Dr. Junewai Reoma to practice cardiothoracic surgery

Dr. Junewai Reoma, a cardiothoracic surgeon, is thrilled to join Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center.

“I chose to join Essentia because I’m excited to care for the community that lives in this wonderful part of the world,” said Dr. Reoma.

Dr. Reoma earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he also completed his general surgery residency. He completed his cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville and is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He served in the military for 10 years and was a heart surgeon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

“I will always treat my patient with their best interest in mind,” said Dr. Reoma. “I like all aspects of my job and enjoy performing surgery and taking care of patients.”
