Essentia Health-South University Clinic welcomes dermatologist Dr. Thomas Matzke

The Essentia Health-South University Clinic is proud to welcome dermatologist Dr. Thomas Matzke.

"Essentia has an excellent reputation for patient care and as a place to work," said Dr. Matzke of his decision to join the Essentia Health team.

Dr. Matzke received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, and he completed his residency in dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Matzke also completed year-long fellowships in Mohs-micrographic surgery in West Des Moines, Iowa, and dermatopathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is triple-board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in dermatology, dermatopathology and Mohs-micrographic surgery.

"I strive to help all my patients by providing the best care possible," explained Dr. Matzke. "I am excited to join the team at Essentia."
