Essentia Health-Moose Lake Clinic welcomes Dr. Nic Cook, a family medicine specialist with obstetrics

Dr. Nic Cook, who specializes in family medicine with obstetrics, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Moose Lake Clinic.

“I chose to practice in Moose Lake because I can provide full-spectrum care and make a positive impact on the community,” said Dr. Cook. “I align with Essentia’s values and mission, and feel the area is a great fit for me.” 

Dr. Cook earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He completed his family medicine residency in St. Cloud, Minnesota, and a family medicine with obstetrics fellowship at Essentia in Duluth. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

“I am committed to building a relationship with my future patients based on trust and open communication and practicing evidence-based medicine,” said Dr. Cook.
