Loni Muus joins Essentia Health-Moorhead Clinic to practice family medicine

Loni Muus, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner, is excited to practice family medicine at the Essentia Health-Moorhead Clinic.

"As a registered nurse in cardiac care for the past four years, I've had the privilege of experiencing firsthand what makes Essentia Health truly special," explained Muus. "Essentia's deep commitment to both its patients and employees creates a culture where compassion and integrity are not just values, but daily practices. I wanted to continue my journey here as a family nurse practitioner because of the alignment between my personal values and Essentia's mission."

Muus received her education from North Dakota State University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

"I want my patients to know that whatever they're going through, we're in this together," said Muus. "Family practice allows me to care for the whole person within the context of their family and community, which is exactly the kind of meaningful, patient-focused care I want to provide."
