Megan Brunner joins Essentia Health-Hibbing Clinic to practice family medicine

Megan Brunner, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner, is excited to begin practicing family medicine at the Essentia Health-Hibbing Clinic.

“All of my training was done through Essentia,” said Brunner. “Every interaction I’ve had, whether it has been with my preceptors or other staff, or even getting care for myself and family, has been great. I was also really impressed with the staff’s kind and welcoming attitude toward me as a new provider at the Hibbing clinic.”

Brunner received her education from the College of St. Scholastica. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  

“I have worked in large, advanced teaching hospitals as well as small community hospitals,” said Brunner. “I have also visited many places through study abroad and my own travels, including India and South Africa. I feel that these experiences have helped me become a well-rounded and open, understanding person, which I hope to also make apparent in my clinical practice.”
