Leah Arntson joins Essentia Health Urgent Care-Baxter to provide patient care

Leah Arntson, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner in urgent care, is excited to begin practicing at Essentia Health Urgent Care-Baxter. 

“I chose to join Essentia because its mission and values closely align with my own professional values,” said Arntson. “It is also in the heart of my community, allowing me the privilege to serve and have a positive impact on patients’ lives.”

Arntson received her education from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. 

“I grew up in this community and it is near and dear to my heart,” said Arntson. “I am honored to positively impact those within my community and provide compassionate services to those when they need it most through my work in urgent care, while still being able to raise my family in the Brainerd Lakes area and enjoy all it has to offer.”
