Hospitalist Dr. Vincent DeMatio joins Essentia Health-Fargo

Essentia Health-Fargo is proud to welcome hospitalist Dr. Vincent DeMatio.

"I started as a locum and enjoyed working with the staff and providers, so I decided to sign on as a permanent," said Dr. DeMatio of his decision to join Essentia Health.

Dr. DeMatio received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Kettering Memorial Hospital in Kettering, Ohio. Dr. DeMatio is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

"I chose to practice as a hospitalist because it requires a broad knowledge base and offers variety," said Dr. DeMatio.
