Essentia's Traci Morris named to Reuters' prestigious women in healthcare list

Essentia Health is excited to announce that Chief Financial Officer Traci Morris has been recognized and featured on Reuters' prestigious Trailblazing Women in Healthcare 2024 list. This achievement is a testament to Morris’ outstanding contributions to our industry and her dedication to driving positive change.

Morris has served as Essentia’s chief financial officer since 2018, previously working for Benedictine Health System before those two organizations came together in 2008. In her role, she oversees the finances for a health system that has nearly 16,000 employees, including about 2,350 physicians and advanced practitioners.

Morris played a pivotal role in helping the Vision Northland project morph from a dream into a reality, with the new St. Mary’s Medical Center opening in July 2023.
