Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic welcomes Taylor Fournier to practice orthopedic surgery

Taylor Fournier, certified physician assistant practicing orthopedic surgery, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic. She has worked for Essentia since 2024, practicing urgent care.

“Growing up around sports and sports injuries, I have a love for learning about the musculoskeletal system and helping patients feel better and return to their favorite activities,” said Fournier. “I also had some exposure to helping patients in this setting while working in urgent care. I look forward to the opportunity to transition into a specialty that I have such a passion for.”

Fournier received her education from the College of St. Scholastica. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I truly have a passion for sports, the outdoors and being on Lake Superior,” said Fournier. “I look forward to translating this passion into practice in orthopedic surgery and look forward to the opportunity to meet, talk with and treat all future patients with the goal of getting them back to their favorite activities and lifestyle.”
