Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic welcomes Sabrina Ratsamy to practice neurology

Sabrina Ratsamy, a certified physician assistant practicing neurology, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic. 

“I chose Essentia because the core values and key principles it operates by align strongly with how I would like to approach practicing medicine,” said Ratsamy. “People seek our help during a vulnerable time so it’s incredibly important to create a healing environment and address their concerns with respect but also ensuring that decisions are made as a team, which should always include the patient.”

Ratsamy received her education from the College of St. Scholastica and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I chose interventional neurology because it offers me the opportunity to work in a field that is constantly evolving.” said Ratsamy. “Working with these patients, as part as a multidisciplinary team, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the resilience of the human spirit whether that’s to regain cognitive skills, work on addressing behaviors to prevent recurrence or being able to complete simple tasks that we sometimes can take for granted.”
