Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic welcomes Michelle Vallie to practice obstetrics and gynecology

Michelle Vallie, a certified physician assistant practicing obstetrics and gynecology, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic.  

“My first job out of school was at Essentia,” said Vallie. “My father was a physician here and I received my OB/GYN care and delivered both my children at Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center. So, working here feels like I’m coming home.”  

Vallie received her education from Augsburg University in Minneapolis and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  

“I love women’s health,” said Vallie. “I enjoy working with women in all stages of life – from adolescents who are dealing with menstrual issues to following women through their pregnancies, and pre- and post-menopausal women adjusting to changing hormones.”
