Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic welcomes Anna Maher to practice obstetrics and gynecology

Anna Maher, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner in obstetrics and gynecology, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic. 

“I have been practicing as a registered nurse at Essentia for the past 10 years, and during that time I have experienced, firsthand, the strong culture of collaboration, compassion and commitment to patient-centered care,” said Maher. “What continues to draw me to Essentia is the people – dedicated colleagues who genuinely support one another and work together to provide the best possible care for our patients and communities.”  

Maher received her education from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. She is certified by the National Certification Corporation. 

“I chose to specialize in women’s health because of my passion for all aspects of sexual and reproductive healthcare,” said Maher. “I love providing education and support that empowers patients to better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.”
