Dr. Ashley Brown, a family medicine specialist with obstetrics, joins Essentia Health-Moose Lake Clinic

Dr. Ashley Brown, a family medicine specialist with obstetrics, is thrilled to join the Essentia Health-Moose Lake Clinic.

“I’m excited to join Essentia’s strong health care community in Moose Lake,” said Dr. Brown. “I’m also in the Air Force reserves and Essentia is a strong supporter of military members, which drew me to the organization.”

Dr. Brown earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. She completed her rural family medicine residency at Spokane Health Center in Spokane and Colville, Washington, and her OB fellowship at the University of Rochester in New York.

“I love getting to know patients and families and providing the full spectrum of health care for all ages,” said Dr. Brown. “Family medicine is the only specialty where that can occur – taking care of adults, delivering their babies and then caring for the newborns and children. It's an honor to serve in that way.”
