Refill Your Prescription

When you need to refill your prescription, choose the method that’s easiest for you:

  • Submit an online request using the online refill service form
  • Submit an online request through MyHealth More Information
  • Call or visit your local Essentia Health pharmacy
  • Call the Essentia Health Prescription Service Center at 715-817-7146 or 844-380-5642

What’s the Prescription Service Center?

URAC Accredited, mail service pharmacy. Expires 10/01/2021 The Essentia Health Prescription Service Center supplies medications to all Essentia Health pharmacies. It also can ship or deliver prescriptions directly to your home.

Monthly Prescription Service

If you take multiple prescriptions, ask your local Essentia pharmacy about SyncMyMeds. This program saves you time by coordinating your refills and allowing you to get them all in a single monthly visit or mail order.

Once you enroll in the program, you can expect a call about one week before your monthly refill date. During this call, pharmacy staff will review your medications and make sure nothing has changed since your last refill.

Prescriptions Delivered to You

Save time and gas money by choosing to have your prescription delivered directly to your home, your office, or even an out-of-state vacation rental. Refrigerated medications are packaged in insulated containers with freezer packs to keep your prescription safe.

Local Delivery

The following Essentia pharmacies offer local delivery for most prescriptions at no additional cost.* To ask for local delivery, call the Essentia Health Prescription Service Center at 715-817-7146 or 844-380-5642 or the following pharmacies:

Pharmacy Delivery Services Policies & Procedures

  • If you're a member of SyncMyMeds, there's no cost on deliveries for the first delivery attempt. If you're not a member of SyncMyMeds, there's a $5 fee for each delivery.
  • Requests for delivery can be made by any patient over the age of 18 years or by their designated representative.
  • Deliveries must be received and signed for in person by the patient or their designated representative. If you are not available at the time of delivery, there will be a $5 missed redelivery fee per attempt.
  • Call your Essentia Health pharmacy to ask about SyncMyMeds and having your prescription delivered to your door at no extra cost. Schedule a time to have it dropped off when you or another adult can sign for it.

Confidential Packaging

To protect your privacy, your medication will arrive in a plain package with a Prescription Service Center return address.

Pickup at a Pharmacy Near You

Pickup your prescription medications at an Essentia Health pharmacy close to where you live or work. You’ll find us in convenient locations across Western, Central, and Northeast Minnesota, and Northwest Wisconsin. Ask about setting up text message alerts when your prescription is ready for pickup.
