Elizabeth Peterson, OTR/L is an occupational therapist. She joined Essentia Health in 2010. She earned her Master’s degree of Occupational Therapy from the College of Saint Scholastica. Elizabeth specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She has a certification in corrective exercises for pregnant and post-partum women and advanced training in myofascial release for the pelvis and treatment of colorectal conditions. She is excited to guide and support those with pelvic floor symptoms in their path to recovery to re-gain confidence, control, and functioning in daily life.
Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and relaxing in front of a fire.
