Beth Sternhagen, DPT is a Physical Therapist who joined Essentia Health in 2014. Beth received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 2008. Beth works with a variety of patients and diagnoses, with advanced training in spine care, manual therapy and post operative orthopedic care. Beth is certified in ASTYM, which is a tool assisted manual therapy approach.
Beth enjoys reading and being active outdoors, including running, camping, hiking, biking, and skiing.
