Holidays, anniversaries, birthdays and other times of year can be especially difficult when you are grieving. Join Heidi Blix and Kristine Fitch as they share ideas for coping with those tough days. 

Topics include the importance of self-care, setting boundaries, the benefit of creating cope ahead plans and redefining your priorities.

All are welcome and there is no cost or registration to participate. We hope to see you there! 

You are welcome to stay after the presentation for the Tree of Lights event which begins at 11:00. Parking is available in the green ramp, Parking Lot 31, or nearby street parking.

You’re invited to the Tree of Lights event - our annual gathering to honor and remember our loved ones, while supporting the meaningful resources that St. Mary’s Grief Support has to offer. 

If you wish to share a poem or play an instrument during the gathering, please email [email protected] by December 5, 2025. 

Following the program, light refreshments and memory making craft activities will be available.

Your financial support facilitates healing in many forms, including free support groups for grieving youth and adults, grief support literature, memory making resources for bereaved parents, as well as community education and outreach with our Grief Notes newsletter.
