Comfort Strategies - Duluth, MN

This registration is for the in-person option. If you'd like to register for the virtual class, navigate back to the "Classes & Events" page, and click on the online class.

This class focuses on non-medical comfort strategies you can use during labor. Topics include relaxation & guided imagery, music, aromatherapy, movement, positioning, massage, and hydrotherapy. You'll gain tips on how to make a peaceful transition from home through hospital labor and birth. Your labor coach is encouraged to come with you.

Registration closes 2 days before the class.

Class is held in-person but has a virtual option using Microsoft Teams.

The class will be in the Mission Conference room in the new hospital. You will be sent an email invite with directions to the class about 2 days prior to class.
