This class helps to provide breastfeeding support during the transition of spending time away from your baby. You may be going back to work or school either full-time or part-time. We want to give you the knowledge and tools to keep providing breast milk for your baby. We will help you feel confident about breastfeeding and returning to work
This class will cover:
- The transition to pumping and returning to work or school.
- How to maintain your milk supply
- Physical and emotional needs
- How to have a discussion with your employer
- Knowing your rights and breastfeeding laws
- When to have a consultation
You are welcome to attend this class before you deliver your baby or after delivery.
