View Your Records Online

Most of your Essentia Health medical records are available through our secure online patient portal, MyHealth. Requested records are usually available within 2-3 business days for you to print or save electronically.

You’ll get coordinated care, even when you’re travelling and unable to visit an Essentia Health facility, thanks to our participation in Care Everywhere. This network allows participating health care organizations to quickly, instantly, and securely exchange medical records to help you get the care that’s right for you.
