Facility Overview

Get walk-in care at the Essentia Health-West Fargo Clinic—no appointment needed. We care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need X-rays and/or lab tests that require a blood draw. Care is provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.

We also have providers who do walk-in DOT physicals for commercial drivers.

Minor Acute (Short-term) Illnesses or Pain

• Bacterial vaginitis
• Bladder infections or urinary tract infections (UTI)

• Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, pulled muscles, or suspected broken bones, like in the arm, leg, or hand)

Immunizations (Vaccines)

• Flu vaccine
• Tetanus vaccine

Minor Tests & Procedures

• Ear wax removal
• Foreign object removal
• Incision and drainage of cysts or abscesses
• Minor tear or rugged cut in skin needing cleaning and/or stitches
• Pregnancy testing

• Tuberculosis testing (Mantoux, QFT)
