Facility Overview

Get walk-in care at the Essentia Health-Osgood Clinic in Fargo—no appointment needed. We care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need X-rays and/or lab tests that require a blood draw. Care is provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.

We also have providers who do walk-in DOT physicals for commercial drivers.
