Facility Overview

Get walk-in care at the Essentia Health-Jamestown Clinic—no appointment needed. We care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need X-rays and/or lab tests that require a blood draw. Care is provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.

Minor Acute (Short-term) Illnesses or Pain

• Bladder infections or urinary tract infections (UTI)

• Cold, cough, or flu

• Ear complaints or infections

• Gastrointestinal illness (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, painful gas)

• Mononucleosis (mono)

• Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)

Minor Injuries

• Cat scratches or bites
• Dog bites
• Eye injury
• Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, pulled muscles, or suspected broken bones, like in the arm, leg, or hand)

Minor Tests & Procedures

• Ear wax removal
• Foreign object removal
• Incision and drainage of cysts or abscesses
• Minor tear or rugged cut in skin needing cleaning and/or stitches
• Pregnancy testing
