Get walk-in care at the Essentia Health-Detroit Lakes/Hwy 10 Clinic—no appointment needed. We care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but may need or lab tests that require a blood draw. Care is provided by doctors, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.

We also have providers who do walk-in DOT physicals for commercial drivers.

If you have a primary care doctor, call your clinic to see if a same-day appointment is available. If not, visit our Walk-in Care without an appointment.
