IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE AND WELL, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:
MASKSWe require masks to be worn at all times.This mandate applies to all common areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment. It also will be in effect at the adjacent Therapy and Performance Center, including to and from the therapy pool and on the pool deck; masks can be removed once in the water for classes and other rehabilitation activities.
SANITIZEPlease use hand sanitizer as you enter and exit a space, and wipe down all equipment before and after your workout. Mats are available, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own.
KEEP YOUR DISTANCEA defined flow pattern is established which emphasizes physical distancing. Please stay at least six feet away from others whenever possible.
TOWELSTowels will be provided, although you are encouraged to bring your own.
NOT FEELING WELL?If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

BOOT CAMP - Improve your strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness level in one workout. This rugged workout of sports drills, weights, circuits, and interval training will challenge you to be the best you can be! ALL LEVELS
BARRE BLEND - This class blends elements of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and functional strength into a workout that improves core strength, balance, body awareness, and control as you tone your entire body …. from the inside out! ALL LEVELS
CARDIO/CORE - This fun, fast-paced class combines a variety of cardio exercises, along with isolated core work for a total body workout! No experience necessary. ALL LEVELS CORE & VINYASA FLOW This 90 minute class begins with 30 minutes of core-focused exercises followed by a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow yoga class. ALL LEVELS
GROUP STRENGTH - Utilizes free weights and other equipment to improve muscle tone, balance, and functional movement, as well as increase strength and endurance. Accompanied by fun and energizing music! Not a body building class. ALL LEVELS
H.I.I.T. - High Intensity Interval Training. This class alternates intense cardio intervals with strength training for upper body, lower body, and core. ALL LEVELS
L.I.I.T. - Low Impact Interval Training. This class alternates intense cardio intervals with strength training for upper body, lower body, and core with a low impact emphasis. ALL LEVELS
PILATES PLUS - In addition to Pilates mat exercises, this class utilizes exercises designed to improve balance, strength, and functional fitness. Works deep muscles achieving more graceful movement. ALL LEVELS
SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO FIT - Combine cardio with equally intense toning movements and you get Cardio Fit for Seniors. Be prepared to sweat! ALL LEVELS
SILVER SNEAKERS MUSCULAR STRENGTH - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Taught by certified Silver Sneakers instructors. ALL LEVELS
TRX - Total Body Resistance EXercise Develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously by utilizing a suspension trainer to leverage gravity and your body weight. ALL LEVELS
VINYASA FLOW - Increase your strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness in this dynamic yoga class. ALL LEVELS
ZUMBA - This exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class utilizes dance and fitness moves providing a cardio workout that tones and sculpts the entire body. Move, sweat, smile, and get fit in this fun class. You don’t need to know how to dance! ALL LEVELS
