COVID-19 Guidelines

IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE AND WELL, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

MASKS
We require masks to be worn at all times.
This mandate applies to all common areas, locker rooms, and fitness equipment. It also will be in effect at the adjacent Therapy and Performance Center, including to and from the therapy pool and on the pool deck; masks can be removed once in the water for classes and other rehabilitation activities.

SANITIZE
Please use hand sanitizer as you enter and exit a space, and wipe down all equipment before and after your workout. Mats are available, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
A defined flow pattern is established which emphasizes physical distancing. Please stay at least six feet away from others whenever possible.

TOWELS
Towels will be provided, although you are encouraged to bring your own.

NOT FEELING WELL?
If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

Class Descriptions

AQUA MOTION - Interval movements, using the properties of water for a low impact full body workout.  Movements incorporate 3 areas of motion to improve cardio, strength, and flexibility. ALL LEVELS

AQUA STRETCH - This class will lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to stretch and strengthen your body in a warm water environment. ALL LEVELS

AQUA YOGA/ AI CHI - Mind-Body Water Fitness class influenced by yoga to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness, Ai-Chi provides total body strengthening and relaxation by combining breathing technique with gentle movement. ALL LEVELS

LOOSE & LIMBER - Designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, and muscular strength. Easy range of motion exercises enhanced by the use of resistance equipment for both upper and lower body. (Limited space, Therapy Pool) ALL LEVELS
