Jason Aulie

Jason Aulie, PharmD

Jason Aulie received his Bachelor of Science (2003) and Doctor of Pharmacy (2007) degrees from the University of Minnesota. After graduation, he practiced as a clinical pharmacist for seven years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, WI. In 2014 he moved to Duluth, MN where he has continued practice at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center as a clinical pharmacist. He was in that role for 3 years before becoming the Clinical Specialist/Residency Program Director in 2017.

His primary practice is in adult general medicine, and he serves as the preceptor for the residents in the general medicine and orientation experiences.

John Curley

John Curley, PharmD

Email John Curley.

John is originally from Windom, MN. He received his BS and PharmD from North Dakota State University. His clinical areas of interest include critical care, infectious disease, and critical access hospital practice.

In his spare time, John enjoys road or mountain biking, hiking, running, downhill skiing, and many other outdoor activities. He is also a loyal Golden Gopher and Bison athletics fan.

Melissa Rieger

Melissa Rieger, PharmD

Melissa is originally from Prior Lake, MN. She received her PharmD and MPA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 2017. Her clinical areas of interest include cardiology, critical care, and oncology.

In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and exploring new places.

Elisabeth Hanson

Elisabeth Hanson, PharmD

Elisabeth is originally from Moorhead, MN. She received her PharmD from the University of Minnesota- Duluth in 2017, and is excited to be staying in Duluth for residency training. Her clinical areas of interest include behavioral health, critical care, and emergency medicine.

In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys being active outdoors and loves running, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
